Warranty claims

❗ Warranty Can Not Be Claimed In These Circumstances:

a) ❌ If the Laptop/Chromebook is Dead, Damaged or Burnt.
b) ❌ If the Laptop/Chromebook is Swtiched from the Original provided machine.
c) ❌ If the Laptop/Chromebook is altered from the Original Sytem files of Windows, Chrome OS or other installed operating systems and vise versa. You are solely responsible for any change or digital damage you incour from the default form factor.

📋 How To Claim Warranty/Return Step-by-Step:
1. Provide a video or picture of the laptop and describe the issue.
2. Once the request is processed, the laptop will be picked up from the given location and shipped back to us to fix or replace the laptop.
3. The fixed or new laptop will be provided and shipped to you on our behalf.
