✅ The condition of the laptop is 'pre-owned/slightly used' with A-Grade Performance Output as only the handpicked laptops which we use and test are presented here.
Is charger included with my purchase?
✅ Yes, charger is included with every Laptop or Chromebook purchase.
Order delivery timing and days?
✅ We commit to 48-72 hours delivey time after the order is dispatched. Some orders and routes might take upto 3-4 days. Once your order is placed, you will receive WhatsApp confirmation for order details and tracking details.
How do I claim a return or warranty?
✅ If you meet the warranty or return eligibility. You will contact us through WhatsApp and we will have the laptop picked up from you, fix the issue and resend the laptop.
If the complete machine is faulty, wrong, swapped or misplaced, you will receive the full compensation.
